Shipping policy

Encarded ships to the US and most international countries via USPS and UPS. Your shipping costs will be what the carrier charges plus a small handling fee to cover the costs of shipping materials and the time to carefully pack your order.

Shipping to China is via USPS Priority or UPS only. Encarded has experienced issues with deliverability of standard First Class USPS, so packages to China will go via premium services with robust tracking. 

Note on United Kingdom, January 2023. Unfortunately, the process for handling VAT and the required reporting, software and fees has become extremely burdensome since Brexit and as a small business with limited resources, I can no longer ship to the UK. I realize this is incredibly inconvenient to customers but the process to track and pay VAT related charges has been increasingly complicated for the last year and is now unmanageable for a small business outside the UK. I apologize for this inconvenience and hope to provide a better solution in the future.
