International Shipping/Refund Policy

 

International Shipments

Due to a sharp increase in lost international packages, we have revised the list of countries we will ship to. Notably, we will no longer be able to ship to China, as they provide no tracking and we have had a large number of packages go undelivered in recent months. If you do not see your country in the address selector for shipping, Encarded will not be able to mail a package to your country. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Refunds

Encarded can only provide refunds for lost international packages to countries that include online tracking. Packages sent to the following eligible countries can be tracked via E-USPS DELCON INTL: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey

If Encarded is shipping to a country NOT on that list, Encarded cannot be held responsible for lost packages and no refunds will be provided. We make every effort to ship all packages with correct labels, using the exact address provided and will track the packages until it leaves the United States. International shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive. If packages are lost en route to countries that do not provide tracking and delivery confirmation, Encarded can provide no further information.
